  • How long does it take to process my order?
    All of our products are handmade with care, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping. We plan to ship orders every Tuesday.
  • Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?
    Yes! We offer a gentle, sensitive skin line made with nourishing ingredients like shea butter, colloidal oats, and vitamin E. Always patch test if you have very sensitive skin.
  • Do your soaps contain fragrance?
    Some of our soaps are scented, while others are fragrance-free for sensitive skin. Each product description will let you know.
  • How long do your soap bars last?
    This depends on use, but on average, our bars last 2–4 weeks. To extend their life, keep them dry between uses.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us we’re happy to help!
  • What if my package is lost or stolen?
    Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your shipping carrier for assistance.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, we only ship within the United States.
