KnottedSols Terms & Conditions
Business Name: KnottedSols
Welcome to KnottedSols!
KnottedSols is a small handmade business and umbrella company for multiple creative projects and product lines. Our projects may include handmade soaps, sewing and textile creations, woodworking, and other handcrafted goods.
Because each project is handmade, individual products may have their own specific policies, processing times, customization options, care instructions, and return policies. Please review the applicable product information and policies before placing your order.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from KnottedSols or one of the projects hosted under KnottedSols, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Products & Handmade Goods
KnottedSols creates and hosts a variety of handmade products and creative projects.
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, size, appearance, texture, and design may occur. These differences are a normal part of handmade products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Product-specific information, including materials, ingredients, sizing, processing times, care instructions, and customization options, will be provided on the applicable product listing whenever relevant.
Project-Specific Policies
Because KnottedSols hosts multiple types of handmade products, certain projects may have policies that differ from other product lines.
When applicable, customers should review the policies for the specific project or product they are purchasing.
For example:
Hollow Stitch may have specific policies regarding fabric selection, made-to-order items, sewing timelines, and fabric customization.
Handmade soap products may have specific information regarding ingredients, skin sensitivities, product use, and personal-care returns.
Woodworking products may have their own material, sizing, care, and customization information.
If a project-specific policy conflicts with a general KnottedSols policy, the more specific policy for that product or project will apply where appropriate.
